Partner Yoga

Join Babs for a uniquely explorative yoga experience…with a partner! The practice of partner yoga can invigorate your own body through lengthening and aligning poses as well as lead to a deeper sense of union through a shared and playful interaction. Through this shared practice, an opening can be created which may have not been possible alone. Experience or flexibility is not required; however a curious and adventurous spirit is warmly invited. Bring a partner…family member, spouse….or someone you may have just met!

Accessible for all levels of practice - deepen your practice, improve your communication skills, and have fun on your mat. $35 per couple.

Prenatal Partner Yoga for Labor

Saturday, Feb 18, 2 to 4P

Prenatal instructor and mommy-to-be Brooke Seiz leads you & your birth partner in a joyous celebration of the new family you are creating. You and your partner are invited to join us for this special 2-hour partner yoga for labor workshop.

Yoga poses helpful for labor will be taught and practiced, and partners will learn how they fit into the equation. Breathing exercises, positions useful for labor, and hands on support to assist during labor will be explored. For women who've been attending prenatal yoga, this is a wonderful way to bring your partner into your practice. Women new to yoga and your partners are welcome as well! A fun, interactive preparation for your transition into parenthood! Tthis is a great, sharing experience for all. $25 investment per couple.

Off the Mat Into the World Workshop Join Heather Lindemann and Tracey Lanham for this six-week workshop series that will guide you through an intensive transformational process using vinyasa yoga and other tools to uncover your deepest passion and motivation. We will combine asana, meditation and visualization, experiential exercises, process work, group work and ritual with the practical tools of communication, organizing and collaborating.

In this workshop you will:

  • Awaken your authentic purpose through the process of yoga (NOTE: some asana practice experience preferred but not required)
  • Develop tools to put purpose into action in a sustainable way including a culminating service project which you will participate in with the group
  • Take a deep introspective look at your own personal strengths, challenges and opportunities to live a fulfilled and purposeful life.
  • Learn skills to be a more effective leader and agent of change in the world.
