Notice.....Beginning Sept. 4th, the Thursday, 4:30PM Hatha Class is cancelled due to Allison needing to commit the time to furthering her yoga studies. Allison will still offer classes on Tuesday at 4:30 & 6PM and on Thursday at 12:05PM.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and welcome your feedback on the possibility of adding a new class in this time slot.
